Should you ever have any problems with your landline, just get in touch with us and we'll send round the same people who fix the Telecom lines. That's because they're the same lines, maintained by Chorus, the part of Telecom that maintains the network. If you ever have any issues with your broadband, we'll sort that, too.
And once you are signed up with Woosh, you can always make plan changes, purchase data top ups, review and pay your e-bill all via the My Account section within www.woosh.com. You'll even find some useful trouble shooting guides.
